HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN WEIGHT
To make my own weight i used the combination of using a water bottle and sand, i got all my items from them being around my home. I then got the water bottles and cleaned them out and put the sand in the carefully i made sure the bottle weighed which came out to be 2lbs each bottle.

When preforming the Lying Flying you will need to access a flat bench this will help you work out your upper body muscles such as your chest and delltoids.
